Training Coordinator

12:00pm-8:00pm with the ability to work flexible hours if needed.

As the Training Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the facilitation of production meetings and training events, assisting with training documentation management, and coordination of trainees for development. This position will report to the Training Program Manager.

What You Can Offer

  • High school diploma with secondary education or experience in supervisory management, training, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting preferably in a leadership or training role.
  • Must have excellent technical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of cross-departmental job functions and processes, including but not limited to the MGF ERP system and position-specific equipment across multiple positions.
  • Understanding/knowledge of high-speed packaging and production labeling equipment and various interrelated job functions.
  • Knowledge of technical writing for documentation of processes and standard work.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as lead and facilitate groups.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to training and development needs.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and learn additional software essential for training.
  • Ability to be flexible and work across a three-shift operation and occasional weekend hours.
